Sad state of affairs when our own government implements policies like "performance standards" for Police and MTO officers
But its extremely disturbing that they can find people to enforce these illegal practices, using the term "performance standard" is just a slimy way to avoid calling it what it is
A QUOTA !
Then under the blanket of the word safety they disguise the actual goal, MONEY !!
Traffic tickets and courts have become a money making scheme
