An OPP officer is charged after a crash of a cruiser and motorcycle in May.

(Oro Medonte) - An OPP officer is charged after a crash of a cruiser and motorcycle in May.

Constable Daniel Lesperance of Southern Georgian Bay OPP will be in court in Barrie in January.

He's facing a charge of dangerous driving causing bodily harm, after chasing a motorcycle on the second line of Oro Medonte, and a crash at Mount St. Louis Road.

The driver of the motorbike suffered serious injuries.
