R. v. Hamilton, 2014 ONSC 447 (CanLII) http://canlii.ca/t/g352z is an example of one of many Charter of Rights breaches by the Ontario Provincial Police. Note how aggressively the Lindsay crown is trying to defend the actions of the OPP.
