OPP billing change and the local municipal effect

Last week the Province of Ontario announced $77 million in a billing reduction for Ontario Provincial Police services across Ontario municipalities.
Quinte News contacted local municipal leaders to get an estimate of reduction in billing.
Below are the billing changes stated to Quinte News
CITY OF QUINTE WEST – $1,570,000
COUNTY OF PRINCE EDWARD – $800,000
GREATER NAPANEE – $720,000
BRIGHTON – $300,000
TWEED – $185,000
CENTRE HASTINGS – $140,000
STIRLING- RAWDON – $120,000
TYENDINAGA TOWNSHIP – $97,000
DESERONTO – $80,000
MADOC TOWNSHIP – $62,000
MARMORA & LAKE – $165,000
CRAMAHE TOWNSHIP – not yet updated to Quinte News
