Re: Where do you stand?

Well William, your opinion that you do not know the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms as well as a lawyer or judge and that you prefer it that way, backs up the whole purpose of this site. I would love to get a sworn affidavit from you so that I could back up my claim for punitive damages. Thi...

Re: OPP officer charged with discreditable conduct

There were no snowbanks or -30 that night but it would be typical for an officer to fabricate exigent circumstances to justify violating someones rights. Obviously, in your opinion, my level of education does matter. Though I have a low level of education, I am dumbfounded to see that someone could ...

Re: OPP officer charged with discreditable conduct

When I first read the story about this woman dying while in police custody this is exactly the outcome that I predicted. The SIU intentionally charged the officer for dangerous driving because any competent lawyer would know that that charge would not fly considering what needs to be proved for a da...

Re: If you want to sue police, do not make an OIPRD complain

Wayne Penner has since won his appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada.

Thanks to Wayne Penner's persistence the public can now make a complaint to the bias OIPRD and still have the right to sue.

Re: Contractor gets arrested over money dispute by off-duty

You should go to the courthouse and speak to the crown about having this officer criminally charged for assault and also speak to a lawyer about suing this cop for assault. The OIPRD are a biased organization that has been set up to make the gullible public feel that justice is being served as is th...

Re: Sexist OPP

This officer also discriminates against people because of their family name. He also feels it is alright to harass them and violate their chartered rights in an attempt to get evidence against them. This officer, like many of the Peterborough OPP, feel they are above the law and that they do not hav...

Contractor'

What area of OPP?
Did you make a complaint to OIPRD?
Where there any witnesses or did you ask around about witnesses?
Do you have any evidence at all that you were at his residence at that time?
Did you tell anyone or go to the doctor?

Re: Are judges bias? this will help decide

This was copied from the Toronto Star. Ontario’s Crown attorneys will soon be required to report cases where they believe police officers have lied under oath. Gerretsen (The Attorney General) said he would consider such a mechanism or policy that takes the allegation of a lie and moves it to the ap...

Re: OPP officer violated passenger’s rights at RIDE checkpoi

This is typical of the OPP. It is nice to hear that the Judge reprimanded the cops for this typical abuse of power. Not only do the cops need to learn a thing or two about the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, they need to be put into their place. Bias Judges in Peterborough could take some tips from ...

Re: Man claims he was roughed up by OPP officers on New Year

I think that someone should post, on this site, the proper procedure for a civilian to have a cop charged for a criminal offence. The cops rely on the fact that people are told to report to the Office of the Independent Police Review Director (OIPRD). This organization is no better than asking a cop...

Re: OPP officer charged in death of woman in cruiser crash

The charge of Dangerous Driving will likely be dismissed and the SIU know that it will likely be dismissed. Many arrests for public intoxication are unlawful because many cops are not aware of the reasonable grounds required to lawfully arrest for this offence. If the SIU challenged the authority of...

Re: Are judges bias? this will help decide

The bias that I experienced while on trial at the Peterborough court house was more than evident and I would like to mention one of a few incidents. At my trial in Peterborough, I was accusing the Police of fabricating evidence against me and also fabricating events around my arrest and unlawful det...

I hope that you do everything possible to show this cop is a liar. I know for a fact that a lot of cops will lie and fabricate evidence. They are so confident that they won't be caught. They know their over paid jobs are not at risk.

Re: Where do you Stand?

Please do not let my last reply deter anyone from claiming that their Charter of Rights have been violated. I was charged by a cop from the Peterborough OPP and that cop fabricated all of the incriminating evidence that was presented in court. I represented myself and submitted a Charter Application...
